September 26-27, 2026
Join us for a weekend of Nonviolent Communication in Alexandria, VA. In this 1.5-day retreat, we’ll cultivate community while offering skills, tools, and practices to help you foster more connection, navigate conflict, and tap into your inner sense of meaning and purpose. This retreat offers breakout sessions that follow two tracks—one for those new to NVC (or wanting a refresher) and another for more experienced practitioners. In addition, we’ll support both integration and an embodied sense of connection with sessions that incorporate rhythm, movement, and song.
Note: The retreat runs from 9 am - 8:30 pm on Saturday 9/26; and 9 am - 1 pm on Sunday 9/27.
